We suggest you go to Settings-Learn and Explore-Even G1 Basic Operations to follow the instructions and set an appropriate angle for looking up (to distinguish between normal viewing and looking up).
During the reset process, please follow the text prompts on the glasses to complete the calibration for both the straight-ahead and upward positions.
