The lenses sold online and in our partner stores are not identical products. Our online lenses are stock lenses, which allows us to offer them at a lower price point of €150.
However, the lenses provided through our retail partners are Digital Surfaced Lenses, known as the "Ultra Fit" series. These lenses represent a higher level of precision and quality, comparable to the top-tier offerings from brands like Zeiss and Essilor. This quality difference justifies the higher retail price of around €249-399 and ensures that our optician partners can provide the best possible product to their customers. 2. Different Engraving Marks
To distinguish between Ultrafit and Stock Lenses, we have designed unique engraving marks for each type of lens.
3. Exclusive Progressive Lenses for Offline Partners
We value our partnership with premium optical stores, which is why we have reserved our exclusive progressive lenses for offline partners only. These lenses are not available for online purchase, making your offering unique and giving your customers a reason to visit and buy from your store.
4. Complementary Channels
Our online and offline channels are designed to complement each other, not compete. While online lenses pricing may appear more favorable, the personalized fitting, tailored services, and premium offerings you provide give customers reasons to choose your store.
