You can manually update the device firmware for your Even R1 by following the steps below.
Procedure
- Open the Even App and tap [My Devices] on the home screen navigation bar.
- From the device list, find and select your connected "Even R1" device.
- On the device details page, find and tap the [Ring Info] option.
- On the information page, tap [Firmware Version]. You can check the currently used firmware version here. If a new version is available, tap the [Update] button to begin the upgrade.
Important Notes
To update, your device must be charging, and its battery must be above 50%.
During the entire update process, ensure a stable mobile network connection to guarantee a smooth and uninterrupted upgrade.
Simultaneously, keep the Even App running in the foreground on your phone. Avoid switching to other applications or locking the screen until the update progress bar reaches 100%.
